Haywood & Padgett Gain National Award
The Workplace Wellbeing Charter is an opportunity for employers to demonstrate their commitment to the health and well-being of their workforce. The positive impact that employment can have on health and wellbeing is now well documented.
Our HR department have been working hard to complete the Workplace Wellbeing Charter application. This involved collating evidence of how the Company is committed to ensuring the workforce are fully supported in specific areas of Wellbeing.
In April 2017 we were audited by BMBC Workplace Health Officer who awarded us the Workplace Wellbeing Charter National Award for England.
The award lasts for two years and in the meantime, the Senior Management team are working together to use these standards as a benchmark for continuous improvement in employee wellbeing.
