Our Products

We’ve been baking the traditional scones that our customers love for over 35 years. As well as our classic flavours like sultana, derby and devon scones, we also develop seasonal lines such as caramel, chocolate and lemon & sultana scones. We also supply ranges of bespoke scones specifically for retailers.

What goes into our Products

We're passionate about the ingredients we use and we always source sustainably from British suppliers where possible. Our customers will tell you that the fine quality ingredients we use is reflected in the tantalising taste of our scones.

Dairy

We source our clotted cream and buttermilk from Cornish farms and our mature cheddar from the West Country, and our eggs are always free-range from British farms.
Natural Fruit

Natural Fruit

We’d love to use British grown fruit but unfortunately our climate doesn’t allow it! We work closely with our partners in Spain, Poland and Turkey to import the plumpest and juiciest sultanas, raisins and cherries. We ensure that all fruit we buy has complete traceability back to farm, and we always source sustainably.

We use 100% British flour sourced from wheat grown by British farmers, milled here in the UK. The high quality and consistency that this gives allows us to ensure that all our scones are delicious, moist and crumbly – just the way customers like them.
