Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Once opened, store in an airtight container. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and consume within one month. Once defrosted, do not re-freeze.

The namesake of Becky Padgett, the first daughter of one of our founders, Wayne.
Becky, also being a keen baker herself, realised there was a gap in the market for a traditional, moist and crumbly scone that also had a long shelf life.
She worked closely with our bakers to develop Becky’s Bakery, our colourful sub-brand which proved extremely popular with customers.
