Overview

  • Prep Time: 1 hour 35 minutes

  • Cooking Time: No cooking required!

  • Serves: 6

Ingredients

150g Butter – Diced
3 tbsp Caster Sugar
3 tbsp Golden Syrup
6 tsp Cocoa Powder
4 Sultana Scones – Diced
100g Raisins
100g Chopped Walnuts
1Large Bar of Dark Chocolate
1Large Bar of Milk Chocolate
1Large Bar of White Chocolate

Method

1. Butter and line a 15-20cm baking tray with greaseproof paper

2. In a large pan, melt the butter, sugar, golden syrup and cocoa powder until glossy.

3. Add the raisins and walnuts and mix well

4. Next, gently fold in the diced scones until completely covered and pour into the baking tray.

5. Level out with a plate knife and place in the fridge to cool for 20 minutes.

6. Melt the three chocolates in separate bowls.

7. Remove the tiffin from the fridge and pour the chocolate over the top, making sure it is completely covered. You can push the chocolate into the corners with a spoon.

8. (Optional) You can grate a nice marble pattern with a cocktail stick to create a beautiful marble effect. Give the tray a gentle tap to level it all out, and then chill for at least one hour until it’s set.

9. Cut into squares and share.

10. For extra indulgence, serve with cream and fudge sauce!
