Bakery Engineer

We have a vacancy for an experienced Bakery Engineer to work as part of a small team of Engineers.  We invite applicants who have experience and a good track record of providing electrical, mechanical and maintenance engineering services in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

The successful person will work with and support a Shift Manager and a team of production and packing supervisors and operatives.

It is the responsibility of the Bakery Engineer to ensure that all machines run smoothly at all times and are maintained to the highest level.

The successful person will be working 12-hour continental shifts, rotating 3 days followed by 3 rest days, followed by 3 nights.  The day shift at 0700 and the night shift start at 1900

This is a salaried position with a competitive benefits package after successfully completing a 3-month probationary period.
