Say hello to your new obsession: Brie and Pancetta Blankets nestled between our very own cheesy scones!

Wrapped up in festive goodness, these little bites are perfect for your next party platter or a cheeky weeknight treat when you're feeling merry. Warm them up in the oven and let the flavours melt together – it's like pigs in blankets, but better!

Ingredients

325g Pancetta or Prosciutto Ham
650g Brie or Camembert (or soft cheese of your choice!)
2x Sage Leaves
Chilli Dip
6x Cheese Scones

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

2. Cut the cheese into pieces and wrap each one in your chosen ham.

3. Cut the cheese scones into quarters if serving as nibbles, or into halves if simply having as a snack.

4. Place each cheese parcel into each sectioned cheese scone, and hold together using a skewer or cocktail stick.

5. Place onto a baking tray and warm your pre-made skewers in the oven for 8 minutes.

6. The warm scone and soft cheese goes perfectly when dipped in chilli sauce!
