Leading the way

We’re proud to have been recognised for our commitment to our team’s wellbeing, winning Barnsley Council’s ‘Good Health is Good Business’ Award. Our dedication to best practices has also been highlighted by HR Magazine, and in 2024, we were honoured to be finalists for ‘Bakery Manufacturer of the Year’ at the Baking Industry Awards after highlighting our commitment to excellence in employee engagement, community involvement, operational efficiencies.

Doing the Right Thing, Together

At Haywood & Padgett, we stand firmly against modern slavery in supply chains. That’s why we’re proud to support Stronger Together, working hand in hand with the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) Base Code to provide dedicated training for our team. We also expect the same commitment from our agency partners—ensuring they share our values, hold a GLAA license, and uphold the highest ethical standards.

Training & Development

At our bakery, we truly value each member of our team. That’s why we continually invest in their development, offering relevant training to ensure skills remain sharp and up to date.
