We are looking for motivated and reliable Packing Operatives to join our team in Carlton, Barnsley. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment, ideal for those with food industry experience who want to be part of a supportive and hardworking team.
Location: Carlton, Barnsley, South Yorkshire
Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts – Days (7 am–7 pm) and Nights (7 pm–7 am), on a rotating 3-on/3-off basis
Pay Rate: Packing Operative: £12.21 per hour
Employment Type: Full-time, ongoing contract with immediate starts available

Key Responsibilities:

Work along a conveyor line to quality-check and package finished goods

Keep your workspace clean—sweep, mop, and manage waste effectively

Report discrepancies, accidents, or near misses promptly to Shift Managers

Ensure productivity while maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Previous experience within a food environment is essential
