Ingredients
4 Plain or Fruit Scones
600g Ice Cream (A flavour of your choosing!)
Optional Toppings:
Chopped Pistachio
Toasted Almonds
Desiccated Coconut
Chopped Pecans
Chocolate/Toffee/Strawberry Sauce
Melted Chocolate
Fresh Berries
Method
1. Simply cut the scones in half, add a scoop of ice cream and gently squash the two halves together. Return to the freezer for 15 minutes to firm up.
2. Remove from the freezer and drizzle melted chocolate, sprinkle with your choice of toppings and serve with fresh fruit, chocolate or toffee tip/drizzle.
