Our continuous process allows us to bake up to 1 million scones per day, serving the likes of Tesco, Waitrose, and many other major retailers.
Our products can be packed in various formats, including 2-12 scones per pack, individually wrapped and in bulk packaging. Our scones are baked with quality you can count on and can be developed to suit your shelf-life needs, which includes:
Premium Range: 6 to 8 days shelf life
Mid Range: 8 to 14 days shelf life
Long-Life Range: 40 to 54 days shelf life
All Core Range: Up to 18 months frozen
All products can be produced in a wide range of sizes, from a baked weight of 20g to 115g.
Our traditional range includes Sultana, Devon (All Butter Plain) and Cheese Scones. Our seasonal range is where we blend tradition with innovation to bring you modern twists on classic scones, including Lemon Drizzle, Dark Chocolate & Coconut and Honey, Orange & Sultana.
In 2020, we opened the doors to our state-of-the-art development kitchen – a space designed for creativity, craftsmanship, and perfecting every bake. Here, we refine beloved recipes and dream up new creations, ensuring every product is crafted to the highest standard.
With the Padgett family committed to growing the business, the second generation – Rebecca, Charlotte, Luke, and Natasha – have joined the bakery, ensuring we continue to expand while staying true to what matters most: baking the delicious, traditional scones we’re known for, along with a growing range of delightful bakery treats.
